Jack Monarch, CPA, EA

A graduate of UCLA with a bachelor of science degree in accounting, Jack became both a CPA and an Enrolled Agent. He worked for the IRS for over 31 years as an Internal Revenue Agent, examining individual, partnership and corporate tax returns - which required intensive knowledge of the Internal Revenue Code, Regulations Court Decisions and Accounting Principals.  For over 20 years, Jack was a faculty member at UCLA Extension, Los Angeles City College and the IRS providing instruction in basic, intermediate and advanced income tax law.  After retiring from the IRS in 1995, Jack established Monarch Tax Consultants in Orange County, CA. serving people with tax problems and needs
